who was heavily involved with the Nazi euthanasia programme.
The publication is fro Himmler and it seems to be a reminder to the SS doctors of there Hippocratic oath!! Published in 1942, it was encouragement to keep the Doctors of the Reich in tune with the SS programme.
Professor Dr. Carl Schneider (1891-1946), Professor and Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry of the University of Heidelberg, used the Nazis' euthanasia program for his own depraved research. Schneider conducted psychological assessments of children he knew were doomed to die, and had their brains collected and dissected after they were murdered.8 Schneider committed suicide after the war. Along with 2 photos of Liese, is a book Brennpunkte by Wolfgang Paul, covering the complete unit History of the 6.Panzer Division from 1937-1945 in which Liese`s name appears several times.

HEER SINGLE DECAL HELMET VET AQUIRED More images HEER SINGLE DECAL HELMET VET AQUIRED Vetran Elmer Gross`s personal insignia and german WWII helmet souvenire, along with photos of the vet in France and his discharge document. Helmet is an EF produced piece, with liner dated 1941, decal is 80% plus remaining, paint finish is typical of the period and maker, and is approx 80% remaining with rust showing through to front visor, liner is in good supple shape apart from the edge where it is seperating in a couple of places, from the photo it would appear Gross was a medic in Normandy and must have been pleased to pick up his trophy! HHSPF TOTENKOPF RING GROUP Very researchable group to one HSSPF IX Stab. Muller, which was found under the floorboards!! The group comprises of his Original dog tag marked HSSPF.IX-Stb. and a small 5. Three awards, Silver wound badge, War merit X with swords, and infantry assault badge, all the zinc based items suffer from the pot marking which befalls these items when badly stored, included is his rare early nickle officer belt buckle in undamaged working condition, however all finish is gone due to the damp storage, marked O&C Ges Gech, and most imortantly his Totenkopf ring dedicated SLB MULLER 21-6-42 H.HIMMLER, the ring is in worn condition, however all runic symbols are visable, the ring has been re-sized rather poorly, however does not detract overly, ORIGINAL TK rings are extremly difficult to locate. Fantastic research opportunity, who and what was Heer Muller in the Higher SS & Polizei Fuhrers??
It may well be possible to get a COA from Detlev Nieman Co.

remains of original RZM SS paper tag, extremly difficult to locate these early tabs. SS 1ST MODEL BLURRED EDGE SMOCK Rare early model smock in super blurred edge pattern so evocative of the SS combatant, colours are still vivid to both spring and autumn sides as usual the autumn is a little stronger. The smock is in excellent condition, no torn pocket flaps, cuffs are complete, original elastics are present altho partialy relaxed, nice! SS BEVO CAP SET Excellent condition, one of the rarer TKs, slightly stiff, folded for cap placement, and would comfortably restore a cap. SS BeVo RANK TAB HAUPTSCHARFUHRER Without doubt the nicest BeVo rank tab I have come accross,
also a cool rank, this text book example is excellent condition and is tunic removed, the lower edge shows evidence of the collar tress running over the tab, neat! late war rank pips attached. Superb!! SS BeVo RUNIC Salty and used. Tunic removed has certainly seen combat,
the buckram has gone loose and lost its shape, super!
Not the usual unissued type most often found. SS BLACK EM VISOR Mint! Apart from sweatband.,which has become very brittle over the last 60-70 years, it is split in several places, done by the curious looking behind, for the RZM label!
The rest of the cap is undamaged and grades mint, including the leather chinstrap (RZM marked to the inside) and buttons which are flawless, insignia is silver wash and near 100% remains to the Deschler TK and the 475/42 eagle. The cap manufacturer was the firm of RZM 26, Otto Schlientz.Size approx 58. High end beautiful example!
SS BLURRED EDGE 1ST PATTERN SMOCK Super subdued colours both autumn and spring, rare to find smocks these days, especially first model. This example has had 2 -3 or period repairs and has the sleeves tapered and cuffs
removed by the original wearer, elastics relaxed.
This smock has been known by me for many years, and represents a superb untouched world war two artifact. SS BLURRED EDGE SMOCK 2nd MODEL Rare example of a blurred edge smock, this example is well worn combat example, with several repairs, and one or two modifactions. Colours to the outside genrally bright, with the exception of the lower arm sections which are well worn and faded, colours to the inside autumn side are strong and bright throughout! The smock has been modified with front having been opened and some eyelets added and then patched over?
To the bottom edege of the smock a short length of elastic has been added to either side, I cannot see the function for these, however they are certainly period. The cuffs have been slightly shortened, probably to tidy up the frayed edges, but not right back to the elastic. There are many small repairs through out the the smock, the left sleeve has an extra seam to the upper arm wether factory machined or a subsequent repair I am not sure. Looks to be an original draw string. An original combat piece ! Priced at level to allow for the condition.
SS BRACES!!!! Standard trouser suspenders, old and repaired, with SS RZM
markings! SS BULLION SLEEVE EAGLE Extremely well executed and attractive, possible Belgian manufacture. Superb! Rare! SS BW TUNIC FOR UNTERSCHARFUHRER IN RECON Well used combat tunic from an SS BW factory, the tunic has been issued and combat worn, following which, having been damaged, returned to the factory for re-issue having been repaired put back into service. The left side shows factory repairs in typical SS cotton liners and other materials which is nice to see. Correctly marked SS BW above the standard size markings. Insinia comprises of a BeVo sleeve eagle machine straight stitched, a Bevo runic collar tab machine applied as is the wool rank tab, shoulder boards are interestingly in a tricot like black wool infield, nice, and with recon copper brown piping.
Several small repairs here and there but none to detractive, overall a very eyecatching tunic that saw combat, well priced!!

SS DEUTSCHLAND M37 TUNIC Further images SS DEUTSCHLAND M37 TUNIC Superb example of this rare early VT tunic. Tunic is free from moth and undamaged, and is a small size. Insignia is naturally
all RZM to include the SS1 and rank collar tabs, v.slight wear to the pips showing base metal, both tabs machine applied.
Left sleeve bears an machine applied SS eagle, and below is the machine applied Deutschland cuff band which is embedded into the sleeve, shoulder boards have pointed ends with full nco tress and one pip for Hauptscharfuhrer also with the metal gothic D ciphers. Inside is the typical cotton liner, and is size marked only, however there is clear evidence of where the SS/RZM small silk label once was stitched below the size markings. Amazing and seldom seen tunic!
Consignment item. SS DOT PATTERN COMBAT TROUSERS IN POLISHED SMOOTH COTTON As they left the factory! Extremly desireable smooth dot camo in autumn colours, all original buttons remaining, and are a mix of tropical glass type, and steel, waist adjustment buckles are PRIMA marked, lining materials used are a mix of civilian type flecked material and a blue denim like material, also the typical grey HBT artificial silk material more commonly found, ankle ties are complete and undamaged, which is very rare! Inside the two front waist pockets the dot camo material is in contrasting colours with bright greens! The trousers are un-maker marked also no size marking is visable, it would be a good guess these are mint and unissued due to there small size, approx 23" leg and waist 24". SS DOT PATTERN WINTER HOOD Unusually, this one is in used condition and has seen service,
condition remains excellent, former owner has removed the ties, and added a pebbled button for closure. SS DOT WINTER REVERSABLE WHITE TROUSERS Extremly rare. I have only ever encounted 2 pairs of these and this is one, this pair first appeared in europe 3-4 yrs ago.
They are well worn, and show much evidence of combat.
The front of the legs show several repairs, using the original knee re-enforcing dot material, much wear around the pockets.
To the inside the white interior material has taken on a more blue colour. The waist has some really unusual metal rivited buttons "Pilot". To the rear the trousers show no damage, and the adjustment camo cords are still present. SS Dr.Obstf. Rare early cap! SS EARLY PLANE TREE ZELTBAHN Super character piece that saw action, colours are bright and vivid with super patterning, one corner has a period applied buckle dated 1936 on the leather the purpose of which is unknown, several period repairs/tears, however complete cloth remains with no patches. ON HOLD FOR S
SS OFFICER SWORD AND KNOT Original description when the sword was offered by Wittman:-
This SS Degen has recently appeared from a source in Riga, Latvia. The degen has the stainless steel type hip fittings, that we are familiar with on the Paul Müller types produced in Dachau. At first glance, this hilt looks like a Dachau piece, however, there are a couple of differences, which I will get to in the description. The pommel cap is the standard nickel plated steel base type. It is in good condition, and has no markings from improper disassembly. This pommel cap is also a very long type and has extremely fine mechanically made threads. The “D” guard is the typical Dachau type, ending in a small teardrop quillon. It has the separate closed style ferrule at the top, and also at the bottom has the ferrule with oak leaves and alternating acorns. The detail is good to this ferrule, showing some hand done work to the acorn caps and the oak leaf veins. The reverse of the ferrule does have a casting flaw though, across the reverse oak leaf. It is a mystery to me why this would not have been hand enhanced to cover the flaw, but nevertheless, it is there. The interesting part of the hilt is that the lower portion, which on an earlier version degen has a step-up area where the blade shoulders enter. On this particular example, the step-up area is a separate piece. Study of this piece of stainless steel shows that it has been in place for many years, and the blade shoulders are set against the surfaces. The grip of this example is a standard thirteen section ebony. It is tightly wrapped with matching stainless-style wire. The grip button is the typical Dachau type, having an exact matching color tone to the plating. The SS runes are nicely raised, and have near 100% of the blackening still in the backgrounds. The blade of this piece is very interesting in that it is not a standard SS degen style blade, but on the other hand, is a straight blade having a quill back design. This blade measures 33 inches in length. It also looks as though at one time it may have had some nicks in the blade, and they have been subsequently removed by someone along the line. The blade itself, though, is still nice and bright, and it has a standard matte style finish. Neatly engraved into the blade, at about the one-third portion, is the word “Musterdegen”. This engraving is professionally done, and beautifully executed. This word “Musterdegen” means “Sample Straight Sword”. There is a brown washer that protects the blade. It would seem that this sword was submitted through channels, possibly by Paul Müller, in order to get approval from the SS for its production at Dachau. The blade was subsequently changed to reflect the standard type look, and the step fitting installed at the bottom of the guard was also eliminated. A standard Dachau hilt, though, looks exactly like this one, with the exception of the stepped fitting. The scabbard of this example is dent free, and is the proper length for the blade. It appears to be a standard style scabbard shell, having fairly good original black paint. The paint covers at near 100%, having some age in the surfaces, but not too bad. The lower fitting appears to be matching the plating of the hilt, and it is retained with flush mount side screws. The upper mount also matches the degen hilt, having the Wotan’s rib design, but as we usually see on Dachau pieces, there is no blackening in between the weave. This is a rather exciting example, which should have much interest for students of SS degens. I took the liberty of putting an SS Officer’s knot with the hilt. The knot is in totally perfect condition, and looks very nice in the proper tie around this hilt. This is an opportunity to purchase a one-of-a kind SS sword. I do not know the exact purpose of this sword, but I can guarantee that it is original in its current state, and has not been fooled with. A most interesting etched weapon!

SS SD SUMMER TUNIC WITH SOLID HISTORY Featured in the Michael Beaver compendium Uniforms of the Waffen SS pages 973 - 975. This tunic came from a US veteran during a Motel buy, held by Jason Burmeister in the USA; I purchased it from the collector who had obtained it from Mr.Burmeister.
Tunic is a Drillich utility tunic which has been converted to a summer weight SD field tunic (Einsatzgruppen?), Hauptscharfuhrer shoulder boards are proper SD configuration not police, and are sewn in to the tunic, one has the wire stiffener showing thru due to mothing, however does not really notice, matching collar tabs are machine sewn to the collar, with the blank SD patch to the right, and Hauptscharfuhrer rank patch to the left, to the left sleeve is an officer grade flatwire SS eagle which is hand sewn.
Tunic has seen a fair degree of work and there is a small wear tear to the rear left sleeve.

SS TK KZ SOLDBUCH !!! Rare as hens teeth!! Complete and untouched following the end of WWII. The book belonged to unterscharfuhrer Johann Divo, pictured on the inside cover, in a smart m36 tunic with runes and tress,(the cover was replaced at the time of his Dachua service) the photo has the stamps of KZ Dachua. Divo entered into service Jan 1941 with SS Totenkopf Sturmbann Sachsenhausen, aged 42. His service included duties at Oranienburg, Sachsenhausen, Natzweiler, Dachua. The book is profusely filled out, he was issued with many supplies and equipment, many leave authorisations, in fact every page is a story! Many KZ stampings! Many signatures I have IDd two of them one is Untsf Johannes Otto, and Heinrich Otto Wessel, adjutant to Kommandant Kaindl, Sachsenhausen.
On 28 April 1945, the day before the surrender, Camp Commandant Martin Gottfried Weiss had left the Dachau camp, along with most of the regular guards and administrators in the camp. On that same day, Victor Maurer, a representative of the Red Cross, had tried to persuade Untersturmführer Johannes Otto, the adjutant of Commandant Weiss, not to abandon the camp, but to leave guards posted to keep the prisoners inside until the Americans arrived. Maurer feared that the prisoners would escape en masse and spread the active typhus fever epidemic. Lt. Otto declined to remain and fled.

With this fascinating book are two further documents found folded in the rear of the book, one is reminder notification of how the guards should behave when out in public, no drunkenness strict dress code etc etc!
The other document is a travel authorisation, and official issuance of a vehicle, is the truly fascinating part, Divo was issued this permit in APRIL 1945! to drive to Chemnitz, on some mission, one would assume he never went back, as the allies were liberating Dachua!

The dagger is in excellent condition with almost all plating remaining, and nice darkening to the pommel recesses, grip is undamaged, the reverse cross-guard is beautifully engraved with his name h SPECK with leaves decoration below, the blade is bright, and shows some lifting to the plating on both sides.
Dagger is completed with a portepee knot (replaced since the photos).

SS TOTENKOPF OFFICER THURINGEN SHOULDER STRAP Mega rare shoulder strap, with metal 25mm gothic `T` Thuringen
Any item associated with KZ Buchenwald, is highly sought after!!! SS TROPICAL M42/43 CAP Very rare to find these caps in any condition, this example has certainly seen plenty of action!! Outside the cap is extremly faded and weatherd, a small section of the outer cover, on the right hand side is missing and again on the upper side of the peak, exposing the card peak stiffener, the insignia has long since gone, probably as the owner was taken into captivity, as the cap originates from an area where there was an Allied POW camp in Germany. Inside the cap is unfaded and still retains the tropical colour, all 4 rivited air vents are present, altho rusted, 2 still retain some of there camo painted finish to the outside. The cap is marked inside with expected stamp of Paul Wagenmann of Bad Canstatt, and a faint size mark 56.
Real piece of SS combat history, could tell some stories! SS TROPICAL BEVO EAGLE Mint with paper RZM tag. SS UNTERSCHARFUHRER YELLOW PIPED SHOULDER BOARDS Superb original boards, from a recent grouping direct from the family, man served with Deutschland, Polizei and GvB as utsf. slightly mismatched, nice! SS VISOR CAP EAGLE RZM M1/167 Hicke. Superb condition, all 3 pins remain and are strong. 90% original silver wash remains.
Excellent SS VISOR CAP TK RZM M1/24 Overhoff produced, both pins minus and holed.
Couild be repaired. SS VISOR CAP TK Assmann Ges Gesch marked. 60/70% silver wash remains,
both pins strong.
SOLD D.O SS VISOR CAP TOTENKOPF 499/41 Zimmermann produced in Aluminium !
Some degeneration to the piece, however both brass pins remain and are strong, would still sit well on a Waffen visor.
SS VT BLACK OVERSEAS CAP Standard RZM piece in excellent condition no moth or damage just very light wear. Correct cut front scallop with SS totenkopf nickle button RZM SS 63 marked, correct machine embroidered triangular SS eagle factory fitted to side flap.
Black cotton interior size marked and VA 1938, along with the
correct RZM SS oilcloth tag. SS VT BULLION COLLAR TAB CUSTOMIZED Really nice salty tab, judging by the shape of the tab it would appear, it probably had a numeral originally? also the tab has been folded to fit into the point of the collar, on the top right corner is a 1/2 inch piece of rank tress, presumably this is the remains of what was used, to be an officer cord, which was attached the whole way around the tab? The tab retains its original paper RZM tag to the rear. Real character piece. SS VT M34 FIELD GREY SIDE HAT Extremely difficult to locate one of these early caps, due to the fact they were replaced by the M40 model, only the second one I have owned. Standard cap in field grey wool, scalloped front, and no seam across the top, wool has some heavy moth damage in various places, brown cotton liner has no visible markings, and apart from sweat staining, is undamaged, despite being well used. Insignia comprises of an unmarked painted metal Totenkopf button attached with an S ring to the front, to the side is the early SS model triangular cloth badge, which is machine applied, both are in excellent shape, and are re-applied. Salty been there SS cap! SS VT/ALG TOTENKOPF HAT BUTTON Nickle silver marked RZM SS 63, excellent condition.
ON HOLD P SS WEHRPASS LSSAH KILLED IN NORMANDY Wehrpass was issued to Siegfried Wolter in Bartenstein, Ostpreussen, on 30 September 1942. Wolter volunteered for the Waffen SS and was accepted on 11 December 1942. After completing RAD (Labor Corps) service, Wolter was assigned to SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Ausbilungs und Ersatz Batallion 1 in Berlin-Lichterfelde, the training unit for the Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler. From 15 October 1943 to 21 May 1944, he served with various companies of this batallion. On 22 May 1944, he was assigned to the 7th Company of SS Panzer Grenadier Reg 2 LSSAH.
Wolter was trained on the K 98 rifle, MG 34, stick grenade, gas mask, Luger and P-38. From 17 June 1944, he was deployed in Normandie and was killed on 24 July 1944 during the heavy fighting at Caen. Includes the original letter from a doctor stationed in Evreux, France, telling Wolter's father how his son died and a typed version of the same document (Wolter was hit by shell fragments in the left thigh and shoulder. Initially, his condition was stable, but he developed a severe infection. After losing consciousness, he passed away). Wehrpass includes Wolter's death certificate from 1957, 6 December 1944 document staing that his Wehrpass is being sent to his father, a multi-page document concerning his apprenticeship at a savings bank, his father's correspondence with the Deutsche Dienststelle and German War Graves Commission, and a map of the location of his grave in Ste. Andre-de-L'eure. SS WESTLAND BEVO CUFFBAND Rare and desireable band, near mint. SS/POLIZEI CAP BEVO BADGE Cut from side hat, well worn BeVo eagle, salty! Looks to be a Deschler made item. WAFFEN SS BW DOT PATTERN POLISHED COTTON TUNIC Highly desireable and near MINT, colours are as vibrant as the day they were printed. These camo tunics were printed using surplus tropical material, and surplus tropical glass buttons!
Interstingly one reinforcing strip is in HBT. Tunic is unissued and has only some minor storage damage to the right sleeve bottom, not detractive!. Tunic is correctly size marked and bears the SSBW stamp, to the left rear shoulder, also the is a stamped M, reason unkown. Text book example of Waffen SS camouflage! WAFFEN SS EM SIDE HAT Well combat used!!! Super character piece the could tell some stories! Text book cap from known SS cap maker Georg Taufel sohn Tuttlingen dated, 1141 Nov 41) Size stamped 55. Nap of cap is gone from exposed areas, and there is one or two stains,
the cotton interior is good and was at one time pinned together at the top crease for shape. The BeVo insignia is highly worn, which is thought to have occurred when the cap was worn under the helmet. Salty!! WAFFEN SS M40 SIDE HAT WITH WHITE SOUTACHE Text book example with white infantry soutache, superb condition no moth or damage, all nap remaining, BeVo insignia is hand applied as usual, and in excellent condition.
Inside is the typical brown cotton liner and is size marked 56,

Insignia comprises of an Overhoff TK in zinc, and an Assmann zinc eagle, condition is used but with no damage, both the chinstrap and visor itself show light age crazing and wear, metal work to strap fittings is a little chipped and aged, and the ersatz sweatband has lost some of its coating, old newspaper is folded behind the sweatband to fine tune the sizeing which is approx 58, roof of the cap inside is the oilcloth type found in the black RZM visors, celluloid diamond complete, slight moth tracking to the top. Real character issue SS visor cap!! WAFFEN SS NCO VISOR CAP SS issue cap, standard rust brown cotton interior, size marked 55, is in excellent condition apart from one small tear where the attaching thread has pulled through, brown leather sweat band complete and supple, matching brown underside to visor itself.

Text book issue cap. WAFFEN SS OFFICER SILVER PIPED SIDE HAT Ex Andrew Mollo (pictured in volume 6 of his excellent reference work from the 70`s) and from my own collection at one time.
Text book example all nap remains, no moth, just one small damage to front right edge, cotton liner is unmarked, approx size 55, silver piping is perfect, and applied on construction, hand applied insignia comprises BeVo high quality eagle, and flatwire TK, both in excellent shape. Just needs a TK! WAFFEN SS SPRING/WINTER PARKA The RARE green- spring/snow camo parka, this example is in used condition, snow side is grubby, the parka has a full hood, often missing from used parkas, due to the white side showing
a target for snipers! All pebble buttons remain, white to the inside.Unusually for the Green parka the sleeves have the reinfocing patches to both white and green sides. The ties and belt are missing, also the wind flaps to both green and white side have been removed. WAR TIME EREL LUFTWAFFE OFFICER Certainly produced and used in wartime, shows moderate use and wear throughout, piping slightly away at one point.and is oxidised, one moth nip only under overhang.Original bullion insignia is retained, and is in fine condition.Inside liner is sweat stained and the leather sweatband is Erel embossed.
Plenty of character. WSS BLURRED EDGE/OAKLEAF PARKA Ultra rare Blurred edge/Oakleaf autumn/winter camo Parka!!
Near perfect condition, all ties and belt are present and correct,
Sleeves, wind flap and hood are all in Blurred edge pattern, the body is in Oakleaf, colours are very bright and vivid and correspond throughout the Blurred edge and Oakleaf, the rightside Autumn pocket flap is a very unusual colour scheme! Sleeves have the reinforcing to the elbows, and the waist belt is grey/white reversable, white side is just a little grubby, not dirty and stained, there are some hand applied markings behind the snow wind flap and the size mark 1 is still present in the neck area, interestingly the snow side buttons are all surplus 30`s SS silver pebbled buttons for use on Black uniforms with various markings, I have observed this on another Parka before.
